HiKorea (www.hikorea.go.kr) is the mandatory online portal for booking an appointment and, for many categories, filing the e-Application in advance. You then attend the immigration office covering your registered address (Seoul Immigration in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul Southern, Suwon, Incheon, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon, Jeju, etc.).
